Charles E. Broadie II, known by “Broadie”, founded Uplift180 with a clear mission—to guide young, minority boys toward their purpose through mentorship, compassion, and community. After surviving a life-altering stroke in 2023 at age 45, Broadie’s life took a bold turn from personal ambition to generational impact. That moment of adversity became the spark that lit a greater purpose: to pour into the next generation. Broadie likes to say he turned his pain into purpose that fuels his passion!
